Wanma Macromoleculehad the honour to obtain the world's first TUV Rheinland certification of irradiation-free photovoltaic cable material

      On August 15, Wanma Macromolecule’s irradiation-free photovoltaic cable material was successfully certificated by TüV Rheinland, which is the international third party testing, inspection and certification body. As a result, Wanma Macromolecule obtained the world's first TüV Rheinland certification of silane self-crosslinking irradiation-free photovoltaic cable material.

       Guohai Wang deputy general manager of Wanma Macromolecule, Xingguo Qi, general manager of LSZH business department and 5 market and technical backbone attended the certification ceremony. Shu Xu, general manager of sales of TüV Rheinland Greater China East China Region, Bing Shi, general manager of Solar energy and service parts for commercial products, also attended the certification ceremony and signed the strategic cooperation agreement.

       Mr. Shi believes that silane crosslinked photovoltaic cable materials are different from conventional crosslinked cable materials, which very well solves the problem of lack of irradiation accelerator in some regions and enterprises, and improves the process difficulties. Experts of TüV Rheinlan carried out the full performance type test according to the 2Pfg1169, EN50618, IEC62930, proving that the cable material of Wanma Macromolecule meets the international standards.

       At present, the sheath materials used for photovoltaic cables are mainly irradiation crosslinked cable materials. On the one hand, many businesses are unable to buy expensive irradiation equipment, on the other hand, if irradiated materials are used, there will be delivery problems.

       The irradiation-free self-crosslinking cable material independently developed by Wanma Macromolecule can be self-crosslinked at a certain temperature and humidity without additional equipment, so the self-crosslinking products can effectively replace the radiation cross-linked products, which is a high-quality choice for the photovoltaic cables production.
